Return & Exchange Policy

At Local Pitara, we exclusively provide gift card issuance or store credits and do not facilitate payment reimbursements. Please review the following policies for a clear understanding of our return and refund procedures:

International Return & Exchange Policy:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

Return & Exchange Policy within India:
Returns are only accepted if the product you have received is damaged, incorrect, or missing. To qualify for return we would need a video of you opening the package.
Store Credit for Returns (Excludes Custom Orders and Sale Items) Store credit is valid for three months.

Note: Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Steps to Make a Return:

Initiate the Return:
Please email us at orders@localpitara.com or WhatsApp at +91 8451003373 to start the return process.

Prepare the Package:
Please make sure the item you wish to return is ready with its original tags and packaging.

Hand Over the Package:
We will be sure to arrange for a return pick-up.
Hand over the package to the delivery executive.

Processing the Return:
Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, we will process your store credit, dispatch a replacement, or exchange it as you requested.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved, please get in touch with us at orders@localpitara.com.

Our refund or exchange policy applies only in cases of receiving a defective or damaged product, and we require a video of the parcel opening for verification. We are dedicated to assisting you with any returns-related questions or concerns. Feel free to reach out to us at orders@localpitara.com.
